About the Role

The Site Coordinator manages all site operations, including staff supervision, program delivery, and compliance with policies to ensure smooth functioning and positive outcomes.


-Supervise site staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
-Oversee program implementation, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
-Monitor and manage site resources, including budgets, supplies, and equipment.
-Maintain accurate records of program participation, outcomes, and other relevant data.
-Communicate with parents, community partners, and supervisors, ensuring transparency and collaboration.


-Experience in program management or a related field.
-Strong leadership and organizational skills.
-Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Must be 18 years of age.
