About the Role
The Preschool Teacher assists the Lead Preschool Teacher in delivering educational activities and managing the classroom. This position supports the development of preschoolers aged 3-5 by providing care, fostering a nurturing environment, and promoting positive behavior. The Preschool Teacher works closely with families, staff, and administration to support the overall program goals.
Qualifications:
-Experience in a similar role
-Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
-Assist in planning and implementing a curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, and physical development
-Support classroom management and discipline to create a positive learning environment
-Communicate regularly with families to provide updates on their child's progress
-Maintain compliance with EEC standards and other relevant regulations
Requirements
EEC Teacher certification
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
