About the Role

The Group Assistant aids the Group Leader in implementing activities, supervising participants, and maintaining a supportive and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

-Assist in planning and delivering activities, lessons, and discussions.
-Supervise participants, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.
-Help manage resources, including supplies and equipment.
-Communicate with group members, addressing concerns and providing support.
-Track attendance and outcomes, reporting to supervisors.

Qualifications:

-Experience in education, youth programs, or a related field.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to multitask and stay organized.
-Enthusiasm for youth development and mentoring.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
