About the Role
The role involves planning and delivering a variety of activities for school-age children in before and after care programs, as well as summer programs. The goal is to provide a safe, nurturing environment that supports children's development in social, cognitive, and physical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and lead engaging activities such as arts and crafts, sports, and educational exercises.
- Supervise and monitor children, ensuring a safe environment at all times.
- Coordinate with parents, school staff, and colleagues to meet individual child needs.
- Track attendance and report progress to supervisors.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and regulations, ensuring compliance with safety and health standards.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
