About the Role

This role supports the Drop-In Coordinator by engaging with teens, facilitating activities, and promoting a positive, inclusive atmosphere at the center.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and implementing activities for teens, including recreational and educational programs.
- Supervise teens during activities, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.
- Serve as a positive role model and mentor, encouraging participation and personal growth.
- Communicate with teens and their families, addressing any concerns and providing support.
- Assist with record-keeping, including attendance and program outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Experience working with teens or in a youth program setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
- Enthusiasm for youth development and community service.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age.
